Woman working at self serve till with a ponytail and wearing glasses was very condescending and rude today when we were using the self serve till, only my fiancé was with me I would have read her up about it. Don’t take bad manners from someone working in a shop on minimum wage when I don’t give any bad manners to them.

Huge store with everything you could possibly need for your DIY.Large range of plants and outdoor accessories.Kitchen and bathroom department for new kitchen designs and ideas.No queues at the till and store was clean and tidy.

Great stock availability got everything I needed .Only drawback was at the tills staff standing about chatting so I was sure whether it was self service or till operated.

After a parental visit I called in here to see If I could get parts a friend needed to fix my walking aid.Got the bits I needed but It was the friendly staff with their sense of humour which made the visit.Nice to meet young people that are not either far too serious or have their face stuck in a phone.

We used their wood effect click vinyl to renovate our home. My partner installed it with no previous experience and said it was easy enough to work with. Shame the Lisburn store is the only one that stocks this as a 2 hour return journey wasn’t ideal

Unhelpful staff, a feeling of impending closure as you walk through the doors and pricey. Some engagement with customers would be nice and a bit of training in customer service.

Great location just off the M1 motorway. Disabled accessible parking. Parent and baby spaces too. Large Disabled accessible ground floor layout. Staff are friendly and helpful. Couldn't help notice the garden centre fully stocked out and in bloom.Loved it! Also have kitchens, bathrooms and a builder's merchant area open to trade and public alike. Plenty of garden and power tools offers from various known brands. Flooring, lighting etc. The list goes on. A one stop shop for most house owners DIY needs.
