I ordered a takeaway for the first time from bonanza, having been impressed with their menu.I tried to order via their website (which was surprising well designed for a takeaway shop) but had an issue completing the order so I called up and ordered over the phone. The person on the other hand even offered me the 20% online discount without me needing to ask which suggested this is an honest business.There was a delay to the delivery due to issues with the delivery driver the I was contacted and advised of this, and as a good will gesture a further discount was given to me and extra items for free.When the food arrived the delivery driver was polite and apologetic.We order the following; chilli cheese fries, towering inferno chicken burger, chilli cheese bites, peri peri chicken bites, peri peri wings and a bonanza hot dog.I was pleasantly surprised to say that the food was amazing. Every thing we ordered tasted amazing. The chilli cheese bites I would say were good but everything else was outstanding. The peri peri items were delicious, a bit spicy but that’s fine for me.Overall I would say the quality of food, quality of service and value for money was superb.Would highly recommend and looking forward to ordering again.

Ate here for the first time and I have to say the food was delicious. The burger was full of flavour and the simply chips were unreal. Wanted to order another portion there and then. Service was great. Will definitely be back.

A really delicious take away. We ordered meals for 3 people, and loved the food, it was beyond my expectations. Keep up the quality Bonanza, you really deserve the business

Ordered 2 burgers and a beer via JustEat, the order came more than two hours and half after ordering, JustEat did not refund but offered only £5 as compensation. A joke of a service!

The Bonanza premium burger I ordered was amazing! The chips and peri chicken were fresh and warm. Milkshake was tasty too. Very friendly staff and the option of Halal turkey bacon was a treat! Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Ordered online, waiting time of 40 min for two hamburgers and fries. Order only arrived 90 min after I placed it. We called twice, both times staff promised us, the order will be with us in 5 min. Burgers were ok, patties definitely not made from scratch.

Have ordered take away twice now. The food is excellent, really fresh, juicy and bursting with flavour. However the rest of the offering is sadly quite poor. First time we complained as they sent wings with spicy flavour. Turns out online doesn’t give you the flavour options so it defaults to spicy! But they kindly sent a replacement.Second time despite requesting on the order for one of the burgers to be plain it was full of salad and sauce.Both times we had to wait over an hour for delivery, despite living under a mile away.So food is great but you’ve got to go there yourself.

Really disappointed in the quality of the food. Home made onion rings definitely looked like they came out of the packet. I specifically asked for NO CHEESE on my burger, it came with cheese. All of the other burgers were soggy and the children's chicken nuggets tasted like cardboard.Not using this place again.
