Helpful and honest. They ran through my needs and advised me that the deal that my current supplier was offering, was as good as he could offer. His advice was to stick with my current company. Excellent service!

Was contacted by a very rude sales man who pressured me into giving out my bank details for a direct debit while I did say I wasn’t ready at the time for the commitment and wasn’t feeling so well the salesman said I wasted his timeIf I walk into a shop I may or may not make a purchase stop pressuring people! Very rude and unprofessional

They keep calling me ALL THE TIME. Stop harassing people who clearly say they don’t want to be called!!! IM HAPPY WITH MY PHONE AND CONTRACT. NO I DONT WANT TO CHANGE.

After selling me two broadband products without telling me about the one off charges, how much the total monthly bill would be and then saying they would resolve the first bill and cancelling the line - they neither resolved the bill or cancelled it. Nor did they handle the actual switch from my current provider. So I have been paying two companies for broadband because I’m in contract with both of them and never resolved my first bill - which was £180 - only for broadband, no phone line nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I suggest your customer service get in touch with me as I will continue to leave negative reviews and take you to trading standards until I get my money back.

I can safely say now I'll always be going through Switch Experts for the foreseeable now whenever my end date is approaching.
