Always a poor selection of wool, patterns and needles. Shelves almost empty. Seems as if the owner is not interested in the business and that the stall is just a token gesture. I go out of town to buy my wool etc now.

Very unhelpful. Lady was more interested in knitting than helping me find the colour yarn i wanted so ended up leaving without buying anything. Guess i’ll have to try someplace else

Fantastic customer service from Nigel who supplied wool and needles to my mum in hospital. Super fast delivery of excellent quality RKM wool etc made her stay much more bearable and I can't thank Nigel enough for going way above and beyond to help
