Good food but the carrots with salad doesn't work and the brisket would be better with American cheese. Lack of condiments such as mayo and mustard. Excellent range of drinks and super polite staff. Need some bigger volume ranges of beverages. Something on keg would be nice. Would come again. Reasonable value as well.

We had a very unpleasant visit to the Thyme Out restaurant today.We ordered 4 sandwiches. We ate two sandwiches and on the third we noticed mold on the crust of the bread. Complained to the manager of this restaurant but they don't seem to have done anything about it. A few hours after eating the sandwich I didn't feel very well and vomited the food. Don't recommend at all. Avoid !!!!

Was not amused ordered 2 latte,s 1 sandwich 1 cake, the coffee s and cake came in about 5 minutes, the sandwich took over 25 minutes, we had to ask twice where the sandwich was, the guy that eventually brought it to the table said they was taking 40 mins to get food out, the staff at the till should tell you how long waiting time there is. For a sandwich that is ridiculous.

Beef roast not cooked evenly.Yorkshire pudding not baked properly.Waiting waiting and waiting.1. Ordered food at 11:24 am. Was told lunch starts at 11:30 and will take around 35 minutes. Food arrived at 12:24 pm. Not sure during christmas peak and when poplar is boasting about santa, decorations, etc., what is this service about.2. Ordered “beef roast” from the specials. Was told 45 minutes waiting. We were fine with it. Food arrived, not sure whether the chef knows how to cook the beef. Don’t ask about yorkshire pudding. Had to leave the beef, a waste of time and money.

The food was great but the service team was under pressure with a delay of 25 minutes to all orders. That saud this is a lovely place to go with the kids and i highly recommend giving it a visit

Ordered coffee and cake, well I say cake, put the fork into it and it crumbled, very dry took it back and got it replaced with a different cake only to be as shocked, this too was very dry and tasteless. Another customer did the exact same thing, wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.

Absolutely lovely place. The food is scrummy, everyone is super friendly and they have an amazing Christmas display. So much to peruse, I find it impossible leaving without buying something

This Nursery is absolutely amazing, the vast amount of stock & the layout of all the Christmas activities is 10/10.We had lunch in the restaurant at midday. Both had a jacket potato,very nice, just ashame we pretty much finished by the time our two soft drinks finally arrived. Never great eating without a drink to wash it down. But putting that to one side, great job with the Nursery,it's grown from strength to strength
