As always, Best cofee in town. Way better and tastier than Costa or Starbucks. Friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. Love it!

Aircon init at top of shop cannot be controlled by the store staff but instead is under the control of main office - wherever they may be located.Cold air blowing at a high rate is Very uncomfortable and painful on the eyes. I'm sure if head office were to experience the discomfort first hand, they might give control to the Local People on the shop floor.Kind of reminds me of the armed forces using Drones, without cameras or satellite.

Good value compared to other coffee shops. Dissapointed with the lack of wheelchair accessibility. Only 1 table on main floor which seems to be occupied by those who may not need it or are able to access the other floor. The coffee was lovely and staff very knowledgeable on their products. If wanting to keep up with other coffee shops in the area I'd suggest fitting ramps asap.

Nice vegan and vegetarian selections available, staff friendly and polite. Will pop in again if I'm ever back in the area.

Atmosphere was good, only one server so could have been quicker. Slight queue. Had a toasty.

The service is usually slow here and the seating area could do with a good clean but the staff are friendly and the drinks are usually good
