Definitely No stars as this company is a shocking example of business practices. I had my car written off by their client and 2 weeks later still no money and my agreed hire car has to be returned. Very rude staff.......DEFINITELY AVOID I am contacting the Ministry of Justice regarding their actions and behaviour

I cannot describe how brilliant this company is! I had an accident that wasn't my fault and I was recommended this company to deal with my claim, I was hesitant as they sounded too good to be true but they were excellent. They gave me a courtesy car, sorted my whole claim out and couldn't be more attentive! I honestly will shout about you guys to everyone as you were phenomenal. Had an accident, one call was recommended to me, was best decision I made, I recieved a courtesy car straightaway, dealt with my claim quickly and was really happy with the amount I received. Thank you and hopefully I don't need to but I would recommend and use you again

A total rip-off and very slow.Never accept their replacement vehicle as they charge a fortune (£200 a day)from the insurance companies and it will reflect heavily on your compensation if you ever get any.I made a mistake giving them my claim but you don't have to make the same mistake.

I have sought out my claim there service is so good special the girl sitting in front Sheena she is so polite and cute always respond and call back after reviewing file can speak Hindi Punjabi and English language which makes good customer service .highly recommend
