These guys are amazing!!! They took my 'unrecoverable' hard drive (as described by other IT specialists) and recovered EVERYTHING on there, including folders and file names which was the damaged part of the disk! At an incredibly reasonable price!! Feel safer to have these guys in my phone book. Amazing service.

Used this company as i had a urgent problem with my laptop, I got a call back from Joe and he was amazing. I dropped off laptop to them on the Friday and they delivered it to my house on the Monday. Great price and Joe gives brilliant customer after service. Will defiantly use them again 10/10ThanksJoe

I have always found him very knowledgeable and professional and he always finds a solution to any problems.I have also used him for personal issues I have had with my own hardware and, again, he has always come up trumps.Highly recommended.

My laptop was painfully slow, and had a start up problem.. I was going to just buy a new one, but instead decided to have a professional look at it. So I contacted Symmetry and I got a quick response had it.. Joe collected it from my house and investigated the issue, kept intouch with me through out the repair..it now runs smoothly, start without issue, just like new. Very highly recommend
