Had booked an appointment excited to view and get shown furniture. Didn't see point of the appointment as the girl seemed very shy, was awkward silences, didn't really know to much about the products when asked her simple questions about colours and range names, just stood there silent and then disappeared and had to just look ourselves. I was only looking today but if I was out to buy I would of walked out.

I went the 29th of March to return an item the shop was clean and I have received the best customer service, highly recommend

Eliana really took her time to show us what we needed. She wasn’t ‘sales-y’ and she was completely honest and considerate towards budget. She did everything she could to help us and spent over an hour (the shop was quiet) walking the floor with us to demonstrate the pros and (potential) drawbacks of various items. Couldn’t recommend her enough- even spoke to the manager after to praise her delivery and conduct. Absolutely brilliant.

Really rude customer service when asked for advice on a car seat - so much so we had a jumper in our hand to buy my daughter that we put back as didn’t wanna buy from someone so rude!

Walked around the small shop floor for about 15 minutes. No one even approached me to ask if I needed any help or assistance, pretty lacking in customer focus. Lovely products but didn't feel welcome.

We originally booked at personal shopping appointment to as we needed pretty much everything for our up coming arrival and felt a bit clueless.We were booked in with Kate who was brilliant. Really friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions no matter how daft they seemed!The shop in general was clean, well stocked and easy to get round.Our order has now been delivered and the order system was so easy. Couldn’t fault it.Everything we ordered has been so easy to put together and the end result we are really pleased with.We popped back into the store today to order an additional item and found the same excellent level of service, Kate was there again and another lady who was equally friendly .I would highly recommend this store, excellent services, no pushy sales tactics and great products . Thank you so much!
