A great dental surgery. Managed to get an appointment the same day I phoned - had a bad abscess which was dealt with there and then - so grateful!!

I have just had two serious fillings and a deep periodontal clean over three appointments on Jim Peirson’s Independent Plan.Three plus hours in the chair. Leena Joy did the procedures for me. I cannot praise her skill and patience enough. Her empathy and attention to detail is second to non - outstanding. A wonderful dentist - thank you Leena.

What an amazing dentist. I've had to visit twice for an emergency appointment. It ended it extraction but it was comfortable, recovery has been fine. Jim obviously is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. I've moved to Norfolk and he's seen me when no one else would. Shout out to the nurses as well who made me comfortable both times and smile. The receptionists were brilliant, as soon as they had a cancellation they called me because I was in so much pain. Thank you so much for caring. You have no idea how much this has helped me

All I can say it’s that I don’t recommend Leena she’s a terrible dentist with no communication skills (very poor attitude). I used to see Jim years ago and I was very happy with him but unfortunately I couldn’t see him this time as they don’t take any NHS patients and I had no choice but to go private, however it was a huge mistake going to Leena, I’m now left with only 2 teeth left on my top row as I’m meant to have denture put on top. when I started all the procedures she assured me that everything will be done by end of July but today she told that would be impossible and would be probably be September time which I’m really upset about it as she should have known from the beginning whether or not a procedure was possible and to not have taken on the job if it was not, I’m left feeling lied to and with no options.Hugely disappointing and confidence lacking

I cannot rate this place enough. Jim, the boss man himself, is neurotic and concise and a man of few words, but his work is so quick and painless. I am yet to encounter any faults with work he has done. He's even stepped in to correct work of another practice and, admittedly, a colleague's with precision and experience that I'm often out of the chair within 20 minutes. He does little to put you at ease with conversation, but that's not a problem as his assistants are fabulous! They're considerate and kind and bubbly but they don't mess around when it comes to professionalism.The practice is organised, clean and they try to be as accommodating as possible with schedules and bookings. I've never had a mix up with records or appointments.Truly one of the good ones in my humble opinion.

Jim is a wizard! Had a tooth cracked at the gum line and rotted (with an abscess above it) came in on an emergency basis and he made sure nothing bad was left inside my abscess and extracted my hardly seeable tooth, a true professional who gets stuck straight in, no messing about in the chair and out just as quick!Credit to all of the staff working there! Always lovely to talk to and very pleasant - never had a bad experience!

Friendly and helpful receptionists plus a fast and skilled dentist. Can't recommend highly enough.
