Printer broke down so I asked them to print off 2 documents. I stated it was an a4 jpeg. I stated that i needed it with no borders (it should look like the document). They said they could print it with ease. They took my money and handed me something that looked like a photo of the document (terrible borders). They charged me a pound per print for a terrible job... complete rip off. My £40 printer can do it no problem. Had I not been in a terrible rush for the print and the store due to close, I would have argued. Now I am £2 down with an unusable document (recycle paper)LIED AND TOOK MY MONEY FIRST!

Excellent experience. I needed a single document printing and laminating for work with short notice, Russ was quick to email me back and was more than happy to help. I provided Russ with a high resolution PDF and the print quality was great. Pricing was also more than reasonable for the service provided.
