I lived in this hotel for three months, and it was one of the most beautiful experiences in my life. The employees, management, cleaners, and everyone are really cheerful, helpful, and friendly to the utmost extent.On my last day, I had to check out at 11 am, but my move-in time was 5 pm, and I was going to wait this period in the reception with my wife and two children, but the hotel management allowed us to wait in the room until 5 pm, out of concern for our safety and the safety of the children. Really. I would like to thank them all

Holiday Inn London - Brentford Lock, an IHG Hotel
We couldn’t shower for two days. The shower drain was so clogged it would overflow immediately. When we told staff at the front desk, they couldn’t have cared less. Nothing was done to fix the clog. Service and food at breakfast and dinner/bar was excellent.

Excellent place to stay. Staff was good and gave us an upgrade. Extended balcony with rooms were an pleasant addon with beautiful view.

Been staying in this Hotel predominantly for the last 6 months and it's a great find.Rooms are a good size and always feel clean and fresh.premium rooms & executive suites have fridges, decent desks and large tv's. executive have the extra bonus of private balcony's with table and chairs.The staff are always cheery, helpful and nothing is ever too much troubleBasement parking (£14 daily as time of review)Local amenities are:Supermarket - 2mins walkTrain Station (Brentford) - 8 mins walk (30mins to Waterloo)plenty of local coffee shops and eateries within 2-5 mins walk

Very pretty location, many places to eat close by. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were helpful and friendly. The lounge area was a very pleasant place to sit and have a drink or something to eat. Good wheelchair access. I'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely place and a limited parking. Was there for the Mayor’s dinner, and its been lovely. The food and everything else , has been perfect.I asked for a space for prayers and the staff gave me a little spot , and gave a clean sheet to pray on. Bless that young man, would have definitely asked for his name.
