An error on the website meant that the wrong item was dispatched. One v easy phone call to a very polite and helpful employee resolved the problem. She dispatched the correct item at no additional charge and reassured me that the error on the website was being resolved. Excellent customer service .

Shockingly bad service, ordered 2 parts to repair kitchen tap and still no delivery after 16 days waiting.After calling central services 3 times I am still no better off with no parts being delivered and no refund being offered despite my request. Very disappointed in the way this company treats its customer’s

Excellent service replaced a faulty Frankie monobloc tape spout free of charge that had developed a pinhole leak and was purchased from them in May 2019 to replace the original spout of the tap . They didn't even request the faulty one as proof and it was received within 2 days . Well done

Absolutely brilliant service. Both times I contacted them about problems I was having with my Franke sink, their technical expert Daniel sent out the correct part I needed so quickly it arrived the next morning. If only everyone was as super efficient. First class company and staff.
