I recently used B&B to order flowers for my Mum - I live in Australia and wanted to be able to talk through my order. The service was exceptional and the florist worked with me to design something I knew my Mum would love (and she did!). As a customer experience professional, I can honestly say I haven’t experienced this level of customer care for a very long time! Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Very disappointed with what was delivered. The bouquet did not resemble the picture on the website even slightly. I understand that the flowers may vary, but it wasn’t even close to what was selected. It’s like a whole different bouquet was delivered. The value of the flowers that were received were not the same as per website, I feel like cheaper substitutes were used instead. Such a shame, as I had high hopes. Delivery and remainder of the service was good.

Today I spent a couple of hours with the most amazing florist choosing flowers to decorate the Church for my daughter’s wedding. Her advice was easy to understand and she was happy to share her years of experience. She even drew diagrams for me to help me with my arrangement. I couldn’t have asked for more help or advice there wasn’t anything the florist wasn’t willing to help me with. The cost was very reasonable and I now feel ready to take on this precious task. If I could give more stars I would.

I rang and ordered a wreath for my uncle and was so thankful l chose Bunches and Bows, what a wonderful job they did, as l am not local to Brandon lwas a little apprehensive, but l had no need to be.The lady on the phone was so helpful and my choice of flowers and words for the card were exactly as l had asked for.Would recommend very highly, superb service, thank you.

I just popped in on the off chance that they would have a lucky horse shoe that you give to brides on their wedding day. The lady (Joss) said that she did have some but was unsure of where they were, she found one in a drawer and created the most beautiful little arrangement of a flower, some gold leaves and ribbons. Both ladies were so helpful, the service was personal and they both went over and above! I’m so happy! Amazing job!

Ordered over the phone a display of Anniversary flowers. I do not live in the area but this professional florist with super friendly staff fulfilled my order, even around the busy Jubilee Bank Holiday and with their driver off sick too! The recipient was totally delighted with the bouquet and loved the personal touch of the delivery to their home.The price was the same as 'Letterbox' (crushed) flowers and no online hassle either! Highly recommend this delightful florist. THANK YOU !
