I found Vitalise via Google and booked them to fit in a new zip for a work colleagues Document Wallet. They went above and beyond what I expected, offered a choice of zips, fitted a new metal zit to replace the broken plastic one, and on top of that cleaned up and moisturised the leather. Really good value for money and amazing customer service by picking up and dropping off the item. A great find, would recommend them to anyone. Definitely using them again.

I am impressed with this guy technique to make yellow sole/ oxidised sole white again. Prompt and professional replies. Reasonable turn over time and I like the option to have things done faster at a small premium. Overall, it was a decent experience.
