Extremely poor service.Had a package delivered which was unable to be delivered to the naval base. Had the collection barcode scanned and package was located, but was left waiting for at least 10 minutes before it was handed to me.May be ok as a shop, I cannot comment on that, I don’t expect I will ever find out, but I would recommend avoiding at all costs using their postal service.

Absolutely disgusting member of staff this evening left waiting,whilst serving others. Ignoring that I was there.does not understand English. Very rude customer service. Also dirty filthy shop. Will not go there again to pick up any parcels.
