Went for a carvery for my birthday and although they were busy and I hadn't booked they still found me a table.I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and even managed to fit in a desert.The staff were extremely busy but found time to make sure their customers were happy with their meals. Yes I would go again.

Wouldn't advise coming here at all. Ordered a burger that was supposed to come with coleslaw and bacon but came with neither. The side salad was a joke as you can see in the picture. No one asked me if this was ok, or even said anything when bringing the food out. When I asked the waitress where these bits were the response was simply we've run out." If I had known that 25% of my meal was unavailable I'd have gone for something else.Another person on my table upgraded their chips to the chili topped fries

Fantastic pub for the whole family to enjoy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The range of food is perfect and the Sunday carvery was awesome!. The playroom for the children is spectacular. My 2 young boys thought it was brilliant. Pop in for a visit, you will love it.

They never have the food that we want to order due to supply issues we last went in April the food was less than ok then all 3 things I ordered were not avaliable then and now, so I went with Hunters chicken the bacon was inedible the chicken was dry my husbands burger was horrible, we thought we would give it another go but won't be going again for food the best part of this place is the staff they are as helpful as they can be under the circumstances they have to deal with on a daily basis wich isn't fair on them constantly having to go back to people and say the food they order is not available when it's not there fault they are under more pressure than needed for there pay rate!!

We come today for breakfast and was greeted by the lovely David. His happy friendly attitude rubs off. Unbeknown to David I've been having a really rough week and was treated to breakfast by my sister to cheer me up. David made the experience a 100% better. Thank you you have the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. I would come just for your customer service but food was top notch too. He's a credit to you.

Don't waste your time and money!Firstly, the majority of the staff need to learn to smile! (The young gentleman who served us was lovely, polite, and friendly, hence why i've said the majority)I've given the food a two star as mine wasn't too bad, I had the sweet potato curry (although it wasn't overly warm, and you could tell it had been waiting a while to be served) it was tasty.My 3 year old son's meal, on the other hand, was absolutely disgusting. I ordered him pasta with corn on the cob. He's a good eater, and even he couldn't stomach it. Again, it looked like it had been sitting there for a while and tasted like tomato soup with an overload of garlic and herbs thrown in. It was supposed to be served with 2 mini corns. However, it only came with one, and that looked like it was cooked yesterday!! I sent the meal straight back, hence why there's no photo. The young gentleman was apologetic and asked if he could get something else, I just asked for a bowl of chips instead. There was no other apology, though, or offer of my money back, etc! Appalling service!! £4.99 for a tiny bowl of chips!!!My nephew had the fish and chips (pic shown below) that wasn't much better, and clearly, he didn't eat the corn either.The kids had desert in with their meals - yep, the smallest ice cream ever!!

Here’s what you can expect here. Firstly there’s difficulty in parking as most spaces are taken up, ok not the pubs fault but let me carry on.Secondly groups of smokers directly at the main and only entrance so you are subjected to that before even entering.Food is pricey so you’d expect excellent service and food however we ordered the mix grill today, the eggs contained egg shells as so we complained naturally to which the meal was replaced, forcing us to eat our food at separate times and ruining the whole experience.I shouldn’t need to tell you the choking hazards egg shells present when large quantities are left in sunny side up fried eggs (begs the question how did this go un noticed and served at full price to customers).I won’t be coming back here, also I’ll show what drink we ordered as this drink costs almost £7

As we entered the restaurant it was lovely and clean with a good atmosphere.We were greeted straight away by a lovely smile from the member of staff behind the bar. Which immediately made us feel welcomed and part of the family.The menu is big, great value for money and caters for everyone and all ages.The food came promptly and was piping hot and freshly cooked, and tasted absolutely delicious.This place does refillable soft drinksAnd also accepts the blue light discount card.Def worth a visit.

Early lunch for six people to avoid the rush that's normal during school holidays. Fast service, which I'd expect so early in the day, but plates turned up without onion rings, fries all cold, and bbq sauce that was funky, to say the least. It's really bad. Potion sizes should have been larger considering the near hundred pounds it cost..thats without desserts, which we decided to skip. Reported to front of house... Adsa just across the road took care of the desserts nicely..
