Terrible experience, ordered some balloons for an 18th birthday party. They delivered them and they were not the correct balloons which I paid for, and the arrangement looked cheap, and I felt ripped off. The day after the women was rude to me on the phone and said that's what I ordered. She then called me back 20 minutes later and admitted that they had made a mistake, and said well what do you want me to do about it!" THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and company."

Their delivery van driver just cut in front of me while pulling out of their store in St. John’s wood. Needless to say that They will never see me purchase anything. I truly wonder what the customer service is like if their van drivers drive with such hostility as the one today demonstrated.

The best balloon shop !!! I popped my balloon after leaving the shop , they was so lovely and caring they replaced it for free even though I offered to pay for another ! Absolutely amazing I will be purchasing more very soon x

Amazing service.I urgently needed some same day delivery balloons, after a quick Google I called the London balloon shop, told them my budget and discussed what I wanted. We settled on a design, I paid over the phone, and I was promised delivery late afternoon. Sebastian was very helpful, and even called me back to say they could write a name on one of the balloon’s.I called the shop at 12:19 and at 2:45pm my balloons arrived in South London! Incredible! Exactly what I wanted too.Yes the same day delivery service is pricey (£50) but you get the service you would expect for the cost.Big thank you!

Extremely overpriced.Initially attempted to order some balloons for my sons birthday. Was quoted £59 more expensive than another store nearby with the exact same dinosaur & number foil balloon. The lady said ‘all our balloons are Italian so it’s more expensive’ which was an odd thing to say.Check out the works which do 2 large foil balloons for £10 (amazing!) or cards galore for £10.95 per large foil balloon. The London balloon shop quoted £21.95 for a large foil balloon.

This place is pretty hard to find – it is behind the Clifton - but once you arrive, it is really a hidden gem – I stopped in for some balloons for Valentine’s Day, and this will definitely be my go to in the future.

Didn't get back to me on email but were very helpful on the phone, easy to park out back with a pass and we very helpful letting me know options and getting them blown up and displayed quickly as I was on my lunch break from work. Balloons looked great.
