Nice newsagent with post office and a subway

Nice store located inside the Asda which is a bit odd in my opinion.Obviously Asda offers much cheaper prices on most products however the convenience factor was what lured me into the store. (Plus the subway for a cheeky bite to eat)The staff are great and polite and are always helpful (not that asdas aren't) but you feel like the staff have time for you.I also like the Safeway (morrisons) produce as it is always nice in my opinion.

Appalling service. Went in to post the parcel, the female customer assistant wouldn’t let even let me in even though there was 5 minutes until close. Wanted to post a parcel as it was urgent. Went and spoke to the person at the till who was helpful. As I was leaving, the female lady slammed the shutters up and when I said, there’s no need for that - she happened to have been really annoyed that she had missed the bus and would have to wait for an hour. Even though this was 20:02. They clearly don’t care about their customers and the service they provide. I was worried about my parcel going missing as I have read reviews from other people and their experience. Contacted the manager the next day who didn’t really seem to care as this has probably happened before. Awaiting call back from the Area Manager as this has been escalated to the head office and they are investing the matter. It’s been just over a week.

Great place to shop, send letters, pay bills and much more, great customer service and lovely staff.
