Can't recommend House of Fires highly enough. Great customer service, lovely people and they do a great job. We had a false chimney breast installed with a log burner and new surround. They even arranged for a carpet fitter to come in and refit the carpet, such great service.

Highly recommended. Ahmad in the showroom spent lots of time with us to ensure we made the right choice. They turned up on time on the agreed date and the fitting was excellent. Really friendly, efficient and bothered about quality. They also tried to minimise the mess.

We’ve just had a Gazco Studio 1 installed by House of Fires in Malvern. I can thoroughly recommend House of Fires, from helping us make our choice of fire through to the installation, the company has been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, the four guys doing the installation did an amazing job – and kept the mess to a minimum.

Highly recommend House of Fires. Just had a wood burner installed & we were very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. They worked quickly and took care to protect our furniture & floor when installing. Everyone we dealt with was friendly & efficient and the wood burner is great too!

It has been quite a journey to get to this point but Ahmed and his team have been there all the way through. We had quite specific needs and Ahmed listened, understood and helped us in a very professional and friendly way to achieve our vision. The installation team were first class, protecting our floor and keeping any mess to a minimum.We are so pleased with the results, just what our modern apartment needed to finish it off.

Installed two slabs of marble to rest a gas fireplace on. Immediately after work was done there was a clear distinction between the two slabs as they were not joined together. Overtime, about 8 months, the two slabs have fell even far apart. The front slab has sunk as you can see in the pictures. They also poorly cut around the skirting boards. The job felt really rushed and we are really dissapointed with how it's turned out. It was not a cheap job and I would of hoped for some more attention to detail and care.
