Excellent customer service. We visit this place second time and always get the great customer service from the salesman in the cyberpunk or steampunk stylization. In my opinion person with the perfect attitude for this job.

If you have an inno3d 24gb gpu you want to sell dont sell it here. The manager thinks its suppose to have screw caps and wouldnt take them. Quite ignorant he is even though employees did show him pictures of the gpu without screw caps FYI they came with them. Very untrustworthy Cex. The best cex ia the morden one they took it with no hassle. I feel the manager sisnt want to give the 417 pounds payment for it. One of the bunch of untrustworthy cex's

I went into the store today in wembley And The staff in there. We're very, very helpful. In particular One member of staff who went above and beyond.He's Roll as a member of staff, thank you very much. Wembley CEX. Answer the member of staff.

Really pleased with my Apple Watch from CEX. Arrived as described, well packaged in good time. The whole process was easy. Initially I placed an incorrect order, this was easily cancelled and refund was done quickly. Just lately I have purchased some very high priced games & consoles from CEX. Simply because I feel safer buying from a reputable store than possibly buying a fake from another online platform. I’ve basically put my trust in CEX that the item/s I receive are in good/complete condition as these items were from other stores so I was unable to verify the condition myself. But I have to say I’ve been very impressed with the items I’ve received, the quickness of delivery and exceptional packing. From my own personal experience I would highly recommend CEX. If you do happen to be unlucky and receive an item not quite up to your expectations at least you can return it. I can fault this company and would recommend anyone to the world of CEX.

I bought an iPhone XR from this shop and I found the case moving when i turned back to them they says we can’t accept it and there manager was short guy and brown was talking badly to me using bad words I was about to punch him…. before yesterday after 8 months from the iPhone i bought a headset from them £62 pounds one girl said that is the second hand when I come home I found the mic not working , I don’t want to go back cause i feel like I’ll be aggressive if a go there . Guys please it a scamy place they will scam you and the stuff talking really bad like they want to fight with you .

Worst service in my life. After leaving the equipment to be checked, they told me to come back in an hour. When I came back after an hour, I heard that the store was busy and I had to wait another hour. What? The guy who should check my items left the shop on his break right after I handed in my device for checking. Why wasn't I immediately informed to come back in two hours because the service technician needs to get a break from work. Imagine a shop that opens at 11am and an hour later people go out for a break. The store was so busy that people are taking a break during this time. Unbelievable. I will never go back there again.

CEX has always been a ripoff. Selling 2nd hand stuff for price of brand new £650, atleast scalpers are selling for similar price but NEW yet I'm Surprised they've not gone bankrupt yet...
