Premier Inn London Kew Bridge hotel

The room itself was big, comfy and clean. Very unfortunate that we did not have proper warm water. I complained to the reception, they showed some interest but the issue was never really fixed. I am feeling also that basic things are missing as a safe, a small fridge, a phone line and yes a cleaning brush for the toilet for me is a must. The location is good if you are planning your visit for the Kew gardens.Vending machine is also available but honestly a bit pricey. The super market in front of the hotel has the 1.5 liter 3 pounds less than what the water in the hotel costs. During the day there is a water dispenser where you can get some glasses of water for free. The check in was uncomplicated and the staff polite. Apparently I would visit again but hopefully with hot water guys…

Stay here on business and always the same, good value rooms in a pleasant environment. You know what you’re getting and won’t get any more but it will never let you down.

This is definitely in Brentford and not at Kew Bridge, it's a good 10 to 15 minute walk to Kew Bridge from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room had a strange smell and there was a loud humming on and off from outside which was disruptive. Otherwise, it's what you expect from Premier.

Whenever I'm anywhere in England, Premier Inn is my go-to. And the Kew Bridge location is no different. They upgraded myself and my wife to a premium room at no extra cost and their full breakfast is never disappointing. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Only knocking a star off because you have to request room cleaning instead of it being done daily as a routine. Overall though a wonderful experience and the room was large, clean, and everything worked well. Some bigger budget chain hotels could stand to learn a bit from Premier Inn.

Well impressed with this hotel - from, plenty of parking available, friendly greeting at reception, great room with everything functioning efficiently, fine bathroom with good shower which kept its temperature. Can think of nothing they can do to better the experience - all at a great price. Highly recommended.

Bit concerned about the electrics in the room if I'm honest. Tv and hairdryer didn't seem to work properly, the carpet didn't look like it had been hoovered and the room didn't smell that great either. Staff were attentive though and resolved an issue quickly. Breakfast was good and the hotel was a good location for the event I was attending.

We ended up here after walking out of a terrible Airbnb. We needed somewhere quick, and this hotel had rooms, could accommodate a family of three, and was in a familiar area. The rooms were basic and a bit tired, but clean. The food was plentiful and reasonably priced even if well within the quality you'd expect of a budget hotel. The staff, however, are the real star of the show here. Very welcoming, super helpful, and professional. They really made the stay a good experience.

Quite decent price for a standard room in a chain store hotel. The space is pretty nice (both the room and the bathroom), the bed is comfy, and the water pressure and temperature are wonderful.Just the wet smell coming out from the heating that I don’t like. Checkin and checkout processes were both easy and smooth. Self checkout was available.

The hotel was perfectly fine, the food in the restaurant was... Okay. Nothing to write home about. The room was clean and exactly what you need and pay for. Only thing, is if you want to travel around, the nearest underground is a 30 minute walk away to Kew Gardens. Which is fine during the day, but at night as a women, Uber was needed. The area was nice enough though and the staff were friendly and helpful.
