Rosie was very friendly, helpful and accommodating and although I didn't end up purchasing a car from here, I would definitely reccomend Chorley Group Burnley and will be back in the future when looking for a new car!

Awful after sales service, my car was subject to a safety recall and there service department are just not interested in helping, they will only provide a curtesy car if your paying for a service, not for a dangerous fault on the car that can randomly accelerate the car of it own accord. Shocking. will never have a Nissan again.

I visited Chorley Burnley for service of my Nissan Qashqai today. Olivia was our Customer Service rep and she assisted us with professionally, carefully and with courtesy. Along with service, upon my request she got checked few other parts of car as well just to make sure the safety of my car which were outside of Service without any extra charge. She explained us accurately with timing and result of inspection etc.

Garth Small was our sale representative and there was nothing to big or small that he could do for us.We where made welcome offered refreshments, we where not rushed and he took his time to explain everything.First class service u would have no problems recommending Garth to friends and family.
