The service and consideration I received from Beadles Southend was superb. I was welcomed into the showroom by a very polite young man who completed my registration details efficiently.The young lady at the service reception desk was equally welcoming, professional and polite.I would certainly recommend using this company.

Great customer service and attention to detail. Video of the service was really nice. Very competitive pricing as well. Only trick they are missing is someone from sales engaging with you while you wait. Its never too early to build that brand interest and nurture a prospect.

Brilliant! Went in to get rear break pads replaced and was told would be done within 2.5 hours. I let them know that I couldn’t leave any later than an hour after that. Nice seating area and offered hot drink. Within 1 hour was all done. Quick and easy pay process and very friendly staff! Would recommend.

Courteous professional and timely service. Took the trouble to explain the altered service schedule from a flexible regime to reflect the lower mileage performed. Also flagged a probable cambelt replacement that had been missed between prior services by another dealer

Vehicle went in for brake fluid change and MOT. We arrived at 8am and were given a courtesy car. The staff were excellent. However, on picking up our vehicle we noticed that the vehicles electronics had been reset knocking out our own presets. Also the vehicles camera had been disconnected. I'm just wondering why? Was the driver hiding something or was he/she playing games.

Took 5 days to reply to a service booking request to then tell me it'd be 2 months wait to get my warranty issue looked at if I wanted a courtesy car for the two days they'd need to look at a speaker connection. £35k for a car with this service level. Not impressed

There is this same problem with every Seat dealer. They never call back... only when you buying the car they are so nice otherwise don’t disturb them. They always very busy. Seat should use a slogan: “Buy the car and bog off.”

Really helpful team albeit a bit of a wait as I needed a hire car.... there is one particular person who I kept getting on the phone who was quite rude but Amy and John(I think it’s correct!) on service are amazing
