Wellington Carpets

I've been refurbishing houses for many years and wish I'd come across these guys years ago. I've just had a 5bed house done. Extremely professional from the minute I walked into the shop to now, when I'm standing back looking at a first class job. Great fitting guys very professional again and really know there job. I'm onto the next job and I'll be buying again from Wellington Carpets again.

It's competitive with other carpets as they have better prices, messy in showroom and you have to ask for most of carpets prices, but we came back again and buy there, quick and well done fitting

WARNING ..AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!FLOORING WAS PUT DOWN FOR 4 MONTHS PROPERTY WAS NOT PROPERLY LIVED IN DID NOT NOTICE HOW BAD THE FITTING OF THE FLOORING WAS. GAPS IN FLOORING ALSI LOOK AT THE COMPLETLY DIFFERENT COLOUR OF WOOD THEY USED. RANG THEM, MANGER /BOSS CAME OUT ARROGANT AND VERY RUDE. ALL I WAS TRYING TO SAY IS DINT WANT A REFUND CREDIT NOTE OR SOMETHING GOING FORWARD. HIS ATTITUDE..NO NO I COME TAKE IT UP TOMORROW GIVE YOU £700 BACK. AGAIN SAID THAT IS NOT WHAT WE WANTED. HE THEN DECIDED TO CALL PARTNER TO SAY YOUR NICE MAN ...LADYANGRY.... DAMN RIGHT I WAS, WHEN £780 WAS PAID AND HE SAID WAY THE FLOORING WAS WALKED ON AND THEN DECIDED WITHOUT ASKING TO WET A TEA TOWEL AND TRY MAKE THE PALER OF THE WOOD DARKER BY WETTING IT. WHY WHEN YOU SAID NOTHING WRONG WITH ITWHEN YPU HO TO ANY DIY STORE FLOORING IS GUARANTEED . GUESS NOT WHEN A COMPANY CAN CHARGE WHAT THEY DID FOR USING SECONDS AND CHARGING £780.. PHOTOS SPEAK VOLUMES .Have used previously no problems but attitude and no customer service skills what so ever.THIS TIME.MONEY TAKEN BUT Was not interested in a resolutionWILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Changing times of when they can come out to do your work. Customer service was quite shocking. Will not be using this company again ever.

Just used Wellington carpets to fit carpet and laminate in my new property. This is the second big job they have done for me and on both occasions the work and price have been excellent. Very good quality flooring and best prices we could find! Strongly recommend Wellington carpets to anybody looking for top quality flooring and service!
