I just came back from these guys and they were brilliant.They offered excellent customer service and their offices are comfortable with modern conveniences.You can make yourself a coffee while you wait and when it is all done, the team will give you a very detailed and clear explanation of the service they provided.I had a ghost installed and their price was very competitive.

I arrived on time and was seen to straight away. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Job was completed in the time I was told. Everything was explained to me and the guy was very patient. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and to anyone in general asking about the Ghost Alarm. They are a very professional company. Great service, I wasted hours with the AA which was supposed to be the premier service and still had no confirmed time and 48 hours for a key, these guys same day service on a Sunday gave me a time, called to let me know when they were on their way and all sorted within an hour, wish I was aware of them earlier, would recommend to anyone.

Really pleased with the service provided. The Guys were quick and efficient, didn’t have to wait around long either.The waiting area was clean also free coffee station for customers.I had a spare keycard made which included programming, can’t remember the persons name but he was extremely helpful, explained various options available before proceeding.I believe Modz was another person who dealt with the payment and was honest enough to tell me I had overpaid. Decent guy.I will definitely recommend family and friends to this place. I believe they do various other car/ van related programming for alarms immobilisers from the literature they had available in waiting area.Great service!

Very good service by Bogdan and his team, would definitely recommend. They are very competitive with the prices. Definitely going to use again when I need a immobiliser/tracker for any new cars I get in the future.

The lady over the phone was lovely friend professional very helpful the company was very flexible with Timing I took the finance opportunity as I didn’t have enough to pay in full and the man from the company came very nice helpful polite deffo recommend this company best company I have used in ages

Great job. Immobiliser installed in just about 2 hours. Clean and tidy reception area to wait while they work on your car. Nice and polite engineers.

I was drawn to your company by the online video detailing the Ghost II immbolizer.Then on both ocassions that I spoke to receptionists taking bookings for installations, I found both of them very informative and helpful.Finally, on installation day, I found Stefan absolutely professional, and would definately recommend your company to friends of mine.Charlie

Absolutely terrible. Was quoted 130 to unlock car and 200 to make key and unlock car. Managed to unlock car myself so only needed a key so should of been 70. Was quoted 200 for only a key. Then changed to 180 then 150 and final price of 135 even after making 60 deposit. Never recommended.
