Beauty by Leanne Musselburgh

I cannot recommend Beauty by Leanne highly enough. I am made to feel at home and at ease at each and every appointment and would not go anywhere else for my HDBrows. Leanne is highly professional and the salon is immaculate.

Received another great service from Leanne. I love my nails. The salon is very relaxing. Would highly recommend it.

I’ve been going to Leanne for treatments for a while now and I’m always delighted with my treatments, she is friendly and professional and the salon is always lovely and clean! X

Won’t be back, Leanne was quite frankly rude, uninterested and disrespectful. Turned up to my appointment, my first ever time at the salon - there was no other clients in that I could see - and the way she acted from the off immediately put me off. I wasn’t greeted in a professional manner as she didn’t seem pleased to meet me - or particularly engaging in any conversation. She displayed a lack of personality and her customer service could use a lot of work in my opinion. I just wanted to leave because I wasn’t made to feel welcome or at ease at all. I was a couple of minutes late for my appointment which perhaps made her disgruntled.

I've been going to Leanne for about 5 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She's a true professional and I always leave her salon feeling a million dollars. I get so many compliments about my Shellac manicures by Leanne.

I've been getting my nails done by Leanne for a few years now & love BIAB. Lovely local salon with a huge selection of colours & options for nail designs or nail art. Highly recommended!

I had a new set of acrylics put on yesterday (not by Leanne, didn't get the girls name). They've been on less than 24 hours and I'm having to get them removed by another salon due to the pain.The tips used are far too small, the shaping is squint and they've been built up so much that they look like bubbles. Also for some reason the sides of my nails havent been included in the treatment. Pictures attached.I'm sure Leanne does amazing shellac, but avoid getting acrylics here at all costs.PS Leanne did try to contact me regarding my review, told her to call back at 5:15, which she didn't do. I'm not taking back my review.

I’ve been going to Leanne for years. She is also really friendly and has a little chat. I’ve always left the salon really pleased with whatever Leanne has done.

Another lovely gel polish manicure from Leanne. Amazing range of colours and finishes. Always really pleased with my nails.
