Please save your soul!!! Made life hell for me deliberately! Delayed the works to make me suffer, having been denied some of the works previously. Hackney management got involved, for intimidation by 5 male managers. Standing at barely 4ft 11”, I made sure Hackney Council knew they were sending potential threats to women in their homes! After the attitude adjust, came the silent and hidden abuse, the works got dragged out because I insisted that I oversaw every tiny work they carried out, so as a gift, I presume, the cleaning girl at the end of the job smeared her MENSTRUAL BLOOD all over and under my brand new toilet seat that they themselves fit. Ask me again why no builder is allowed to use my toilet!!!Their subpar work is yet to be rectified! Seems all these professional cowboys have put me off hiring anyone! They all say one thing, do another, then get cross when I call it out. Not my fault you got caught!

This company has carried out the external refurbishment of block of flats at West House Close. They have restored the look of these flats to the original level. The site manager Mr. Alan Robins is very highly professional.

I am having no end of problems with this building company and the many illegal parking vehicles I encounter making their deliveries every day. After speaking to one of their staff members (Eastern European) who was on duty, he was aggressive and abusive and encouraged the illegal parking to the driver who was standing next to him, saying that it is a free country and the drivers can park anywhere they like, even though the double yellow lines are clearly marked. I am sick and fed up with the ongoing abuse and don't care attitude of this company and I have grave concerns for my health from the continual exhaust fumes being pumped through my front window. All of my natural light is lost because of these monster size vehicles in front of my window not to mention the noise and at times loud music when they are waiting in line to make their delivery. I have countless photos and videos of the situation and It's a disgrace that this company chooses to function this way and treat the neighbours the way they do, doing nothing when I ask for help in controlling the situation. I will now take further steps to get the help and advice I need. Mulalley is a disgrace to the industry and gives construction a bad name

Terrible service.Rude & unprofessional staff.They didn't connect the waste pipe & flooded my Kitchen. Throwing rubbish in my front garden and destroying Shrubs & Plants. After complaining about the destruction of my property they refused to replace any of the above.I would advise avoiding hiring this cowboy establishment.Update: Damage the gate previously, which I fixed by myself.Ask Mulalleys to not use the heavy bin to prop open the gate but to no avail.I've sent messages but no response!

This contractors were hired by my council to re invigorate the property where I live,... Completely and unoquivicably professional in ALL aspects of the words.I have NOTHING but amazing and phenomenal words to say regarding Jimmy the site foreman, great guy!!!,... to Gillian there liaison officer from the council to Frank there overall Manager up to and including T the painter and decorator they hired for the communal area AND the rest of tha lads like Goldie there chief carpenter so on and so forth.I highly recommend this company as I had NO bad experiences with them and would give them a ten star plus rating if I could, thumbs up from me!!!,... Keep up the fantastic work people... ;)))

Our new apartment was built by Mulalley. They answered every question and fixed every defect, even tiny hairline cracks! Be patient and communicate openly with the team, there is always a way forward. It could be a sensitive and stressful time when something’s not right in your new home but I wish I trusted the process a bit more (and worried less). Thank you Team Mullaley!

I should have written this review long time ago, but I wanted to forget everything about this company. This is a horrible company and I am surprised about their few good reviews. We have moved into a new conversion home, and after had immediately problems with leaking pipes. After a few months the main water supply pipe bursted, and it was not possible to turn it off due to their ingenious construction (no stop valve installed outside the building), so we had to call the fire brigade and watch our flat being flooded within minutes. The managers were extremely arrogant and not helpful at all, we had to persuade them to do their work (such as exposing the floor for drying) and we had to convince them to lend us appropriate drying equipment after having called surveyors -something that they should have done. Once the manager had the audacity to say that we should be happy, as callouts for new buildings are usually even more frequent in this country. and that this situation is normal". They employed cheap unqualified labour from eastern europe

We've had scaffolding around our block since January 2019. When they began construction, we've been told that it would come down late June, maybe early July. It is mid-October now and still no one is able to give us a specific date or even a month. At some point they said end of September and March 2020 has been mentioned once....... During the 10 months the scaffolding's been up, the total of days there's actually been any work done might be thirty, including the assembly of the scaffolding. At first we were receiving newsletters regarding the work that's being carried on, now we have to call and ask about strange sticky residues we find on our balcony or pebbles and debris clogging the drain. We've been living behind blue netting for too long now, this nightmare can't be over soon enough...Update: It has been over a year now and it is still there.

Stevenage borough council has employed mulalley company to do refurb work on council house/flats.Since works started nothing but trouble from rude arrogant site manager Jeff wharton. Power tool charges used and plugged in to out mains without consent. Poor workmanship nails and trip hazards left from works carried out tools left on personal property i.e. on our bed. Cement spills my car and dumper truck damaged our car. Rubbish and face masks left around communal areas covid risks. Employees not wearing masks. All they do is pass the blame dont own up to there own wrong doing. Would not recommend this company. Have photos of all the poor quality and damage they have caused.
