I put my trust and faith in Bon after being assured hair extensions were the right option for my hair loss. (I had planned for it to be temporary whilst I got my hair back on track with treatment etc). I was totally assured everything I was looking/hoping for including the upkeep was absolutely possible. Sadly this wasn’t the case and after a failed 2nd set- the first set were too straight (I have curly hair yet was assured I could let them dry naturally and they would blend with my own hair and that I wouldn’t need to use heat to style! I ended up tying my hair up for the majority of this set), the second set which I was told were curly still didn’t blend- I was told I would have a choice of different batches at the appointment but when I arrived there was 1 batch pre dyed and brushed out so I couldn’t see how curly they would be (turned out not to be curly, wrong colour/poorly dyed- blonde bonds/dark brown length) ***my hair was the exact colour it was when I’d last visited you- this visit took place after my holiday! ***I had to get them removed within days. I then discovered the 3 month process had left my hair in a bad condition (it was in good condition beforehand- my hospital specialist confirmed this before I went ahead) :(When all of this was raised with Bon, I was told all of the issues were easily resolved (another set could be put in- a 3rd set!??). In follow up messages I was then told that I was ‘the problem’ and that extensions are a luxury’ which I was then advised were sent via a neighbour accessing my personal data on Bons phone.This whole process has left me feeling far worse than before and the level of after care customer service has been shocking.I have the photos and screen shots that verify everything stated here.. I do not take pleasure in offering negative feedback but feel it’s necessary. I am sure others have had positive experiences but sadly for me it’s been the complete opposite.

Bonita is an incredible hair professional. I am happy with her services, she has gone above and beyond to make sure Julia, my daughter, was happy with her hair, not many professionals do that!Julia is only 11 years old and girls at this age can be very fussy about their hair! Very professional and amazing rests! Bonita was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole process, including aftercare. I had my hair bleached using foils and I am so happy with the results. Will be my first choice when it comes to hair care :).

Came in after a bad experience with another hairdresser and tape extensions. Bon was really friendly and told me she could 100% achieve the hair I wanted with a mesh integration system. I paid £650 for this and left with hair as shown in the second picture. She could only get a black topper and bleached it, leaving me with black roots and ginger streaks. Five weeks later, Bon said she would rectify this for me (for another £100) but again, gave me a mis-match topper with an extremely heavy fringe and left the weave open at the front. There was no parting so I was left with visible lace and movement on the top of my head. She refused to deal with the situation when I contacted her. I’m really upset and disappointed with the whole experience.

Perfect hands for my curly hair! Bon is the kind of hair dresser that always does what you ask her to do. No cutting more than requested or less! Which is a first for my curls. Root colouring is always on point ! Since she looks after my hair it is always healthy :)

Highly recommend, hair was done for my wedding, I loved my hair so much it was exactly how I wanted it and still looked perfect by the end of the night
