5 stars isn’t enough to describe the service and quality of newly reupholstered sofas. From the outset, the customer service was excellent and their knowledge, expertise and guidance was invaluable. Had 2 sofas virtually remade and they are stunning! I would highly recommend, and they make to measure too! If you can’t find what you want here, I doubt you’ll find it anywhere

Outstanding customer care and service, rarely seen these days. My husband was upholstering my recliner chair and Carl not only provided him with the foam, cheaper than on line prices, but also gave my husband advice, tips, extra padding and webbing at no extra cost. Very impressed and highly recommend.

This is the second time I've used this company. The first was a complete recover for two settees. They were even better than when they were new! Moved house, new modern corner suite and suddnely back problems - not enough support and very uncomfortable. Just had the two main cushion innards replaced by Downs replaced and already, the difference is amazing! My posture is so much better as well as my comfort. Lovely, friendly, family company.

We had the foam replaced by Downs on 3 sofa cushions. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. Full explanation of what they would be doing and an opportunity to try a sofa in the showroom with the same foam inserts before we booked in for the work. Work was completed on time and to a very high standard & was good value for money. We have already discussed having our sofa fully refurbished by them in 3-4 years. Would highly recommend.

Spoke briefly on the phone to obtain a quote for a cushion repair yesterday.I followed up this morning and asked for a turn around time.Amazing they were able to fit a new zip and track within a few hours for me.Very pleasant experience from start to finish.Professional, fast and efficient service and very competitively priced.Would highly recommend the business and their work.Definitely returning should I require anything similar in the future.Thank you so much!!!

Had seat cushions refilled on our sofa as the original filling wasn't very substantial and needed replacing. I'm extremely pleased I used Downs Furniture Ltd, very friendly customer service, the quality and craftsmanship is great, all 4 seat cushions were refilled in one day.

Absolutely first class service from Carl and Kelly. Very efficient and friendly service. Gave lots of advice when we were choosing the fabrics, nothing was too much trouble.The job was completed on time they delivered the cushions and ensured that the fit was correct.Can't speak more highly of them.Our caravan has been transformed and all for a reasonable price.Highly recommended.
