First visit to Pritchards Body Shop in Medstead, great location and very helpful staff. I'm glad I've found them following recommendations from another of their customers.

I can't recommend Pritchards highly enough. They have just completed a substantial amount of work restoring and fully respraying my classic car and the finish on it is absolutely superb!The team are clearly very passionate and skilled in what they do. Their attention to detail is outstanding and Darren has been great, keeping me fully updated and suggesting options to get an excellent result at a very good price.I liked the fact I was given the opportunity to pop in and see progress whenever I wanted to as I saw my car go through each step of the journey of being fully restored.So whether you need an accident repair or you are looking to restore a well loved classic car I would highly recommend Pritchards to do a 1st class job.Thank you for all your hard work guys, I will definately use you again.

I was looking for a quality spray shop to paint the front end of my 911. I popped into Pritchards, they were very welcoming and once they'd looked round the car they got back to me with a detailed quote quite quickly.Once i collected the car it was perfect! The attention to detail was very good and there was absolutely no evidence of a respray. Can't fault them. It wasn't the cheapest quote I received but the quality of work was worth every penny. Excellent service from Darren to repair several scratches on the bumper. The paint work was done very well and you would never know there had been any damage.. I would definitely recommend Darren for any car bodywork requirements.

I had someone reverse into my car and damage my bumper quite badly. As they drove off and left no details, I called around to get the repair done myself and came across Pritchards. After calling them they were able to see the damage the same day and offer me a very competitive quote to repair it.4 days later (today) I was booked in. I dropped my car off and left it with them and by late afternoon, they’d called me to let me know that it was all done and to the quoted price that they’d given. My car looks as though it was never damaged! Their workmanship is top notch as is their customer service.If all companies dealt with their customers like Darren has with me, then this world would definitely be a happier place. I would 100% recommend Pritchards and if I should need anything done to the bodywork on my car again in the future, I won’t hesitate to return back to them. Darren and the team are great. Received the quote promptly and car was fixed in no time. They used smart repair to remove scratches from the panel, car came back like brand new! Highly recommend it!

Excellent service - after a lengthy scrape down the side of the car, it now looks good as new - no before work picture as I couldn't bring myself to take a picture of the damage, but it has now been flawlessly repaired. Highly recommended, good, quick communication from start to finish including organizing a courtesy car free of charge. Would 100% use again (although I hope I don't have too!)

Darren - top bloke. I turned up out blue mid afternoon on a Friday. Broken boot release latch on a polo. Pretty straightforward job but no tools (needed spline and torx). Didn’t wanna go and spend a fortune on tools for 1 job so thought I’d ask being so local. Lent me all the tools and I completed job in car park. What a hero. Thanks Darren. Darren has been brilliant on the two occasions we have needed the car repairing this year.
