My customer hired a ladder from this company. At the beginning she ordered triple extended ladder which was far too big for the job and we asked to replace that one. There was no a problem to change it and even we went to yard to pick up right ladder.The same afternoon delivery. Very helpful.Job done ! Customer happy! I will use this company again in the future.Thank you!

Called Tuesday to hire a floor polisher for Saturday and advised, all ok. Called back Friday afternoon to double check all ok and the guy said that he double booked the polish machine and start shouting at me on the phone when i said that he can;t tell me on Friday afternoon that i cannot have the floor polisher on Saturday. I won't be able to do the job and had to re-book.Do yourself a favour and use HSS or any other big company.
