As people have said in previous reviews, Prodrift was a breath of fresh air compared to other car dealers.I bought a superb condition low mileage VW Touran from Charlie, JEVIC certified with full service history.Very good communication at all times.

The Day after purchase: Car is exactly as described, really great condition and drove the car four hours home (230 miles) without fault. Was initially worried about the process of buying an import (the MOT wasnt showing on DVLA but had the physical MOT cert) talked to Charlie about it and was happy to go with it. The car in question was 11 years old with 56k miles, 4.5B grade import.Communication was good throughout, i paid a deposit upfront as the car was waiting for the V5 to come back from initial registration and i i was unable to come down to view, wasnt disappointed if you're thinking of buying an import i would highly recommend PRODRIFT.

We’ve bought several cars from Charlie over the years and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. He goes above and beyond to help and the Japanese imported cars are always in better condition than the equivalent UK car. Fantastic dealer and would recommend to anyone.

Bought a lovely VW Touran in January and was initially very pleased. However our biggest mistake was to not return it at 2 months into the 3 month warranty for what appeared to be a minor issue of change filler cap when the EML came on unexpectedly. 2 months later EML returned and by then out of warranty. What then followed was a constant battle over the following 3 months to discover what was causing the EML to return and eventually the difficulty in getting it's 1st MOT in our ownership after spending £2140 on non stop repairs. This will be our first and last VW purchase as we have seriously lost confidence in private dealerships and VW's in particular. We have lost a lot of money over this and seriously regret ever coming across the advert for this car.
