DO NOT USE. I HAVE EVIDENCE THAT THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND PAID FOR.Thomas Stokes and his team redid our roof back in April along with with new fascias and soffits. The work itself was fairly average quality and there are definitely things that were not great. The work around the soffits and fascias, was done by foreign labour, which in principal I have no problem with, but since they did not speak a word.of English and since Thomas nor his brother made a big effort to train them around asbestos and that you must be careful to not damage or disturb it, they started knocking through the old asbestos soffits with tools and making it fall everywhere! I had to get Google translate out to explain to them what asbestos was and and that we had agreed with Thomas to encapsulate the old asbestos with new upvc, not to remove it! Thomas did not seem that fased about this and even got slightly defensive when I suggested that he could get in serious trouble should the labourers get sick from exposure to asbestos at work. They also managed to put a whole in our ceiling, which they fixed pretty badly and it looks awful, with no offer to pay for replastering or anything of the sort.However, all of this we could have forgiven because at the end of the day, the job was done quickly and the roof battens tiles, ridge etc itself seem sound. The real reason for the 1 star is because it has come to light several months after the job that the labourers did not put the guttering back on correctly and so water has been spilling out when it rains. this might not seem like a big thing but to remove and put it back up correctly will cost in the region of £450! I have attempted to contact Thomas about this many many times to get him to rectify but he has read and ignored my messages, voicemails etc. So I have no choice but to write a review in the hopes that other people will avoid this company. Youll see on checkatrade that other people have had almost the exact same experience.

Extremely efficient and excellent quality of work. Very clean and the standard of their work is very good. We are so pleased with the new roof. Thanks
