Everything was sorted with Pure Cremation so when mum passed away i didn't have to worry about anything. I could grieve without having added pressure about arranging a funeral. Rachel was great and kept me informed about everything that was happening step by step. The young man that handed me mum's ashes was very gracious and was concerned that I was alright. I would recommend Pure Cremation to everyone I know. Thank you all at Pure Cremation.

I wasn't sure about the idea of Pure Cremation but it was my mother's choice as she wanted no fuss and the certainty that everything was organised.Right from the start Pure Cremation's staff have been courteous and respectful. They fitted in with all our needs and I can honestly say it was much more personal than I expected.

So very glad I chose Pure Cremation to take care of my father when he passed away recently.Everything from arranging the policy, to the single phone call required to kick start the process was so simple.Two extremely courteous men came to collect my father from the family home, were very respectful and so nice to my Mother. From then onwards Pure Cremation took care of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. The ashes were hand delivered back to me 21 days later in an eco-friendly biodegradable urn, together with a Certificate from the Crematorium.The whole process was taken care of from start to finish with care and respect. I couldn't fault the service.I'm very glad I've already got the same Policy for my Mother, and have every confidence that she will be equally well taken care of when her time comes.

Dealing with the aftermath of a loved one's death is not a nice thing to go through. Both my parents opted for the Simple, lack of fuss option of Pure Cremation.When the time came, Pure Cremation kept me informed at all stages (this is optional) through to the return of the ashes. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic.It's also considerably less expensive than traditional routes.

From the moment we contacted you, you were compassionate, whilst letting us know what would happen in a factual way. We had some issues, but nothing to do with your service. We were kept up to date on what was happening, however some of the promised calls didn’t happen, which is why there are 4 stars instead of 5.We would like to thank all of the staff who so carefully and kindly looked after my Dad, we really appreciate it.

Outstanding company, my wife was treated gently, with the highest of respect, nothing is too much trouble for all of the staff, no question wasn't too large or too small.My father in law has already requested a plan, and I will be as soon as I can.All of my family have all said what a fantastic team of professionals.

Absolutely great service provided by them. They were very good and helpful all along the way when my dad passed away. They kept us fully informed at every step of the way, from collecting my dad's body from the hospital, through to delivering his ashes. They were so sensitive and caring. I highly recommend them if people don't necessarily would like a service.

Apart from a few personal details you give them, they do absolutely everything for you. They are so professional, empathetic and keep you updated on all aspects of your lost loved one. The female person who phoned on several occasions was absolutely wonderful, she had the most caring thoughtful attitude and a soothing voice to match.likewise the lady who delivered the ashes was so kind and thoughtful,I can't speak too highly of Pure cremation.Regards David ❤️

Definitely recommend, they help me through the process with ease, making it easier on me and my family. They are very polite and talked with sympathy. Very pleased with the process of it all at a very sad time, giving me the time to sort through other things. It definitely worth the money and I can’t thank them enough. See the picture of the lovely container my mum came it, eco friendly too. And they delivered it 3 hours away from Andover.
