Only ever shopped in here for ink cartridges and some stationary. Went to several shops looking for pack of playing cards without success. Tried Rymans and was pleasantly surprised to find they stocked them. Had a quick look round and didn't realise the variety of stock they sold.

Jack and Lorraine were so friendly and helpful - first on the phone when I enquired and then when serving us in the store. It makes such a pleasant change to deal with human beings who genuinely want to help you out - all too often you get a blank look or maybe a grunt when making an enquiry in retail outlets nowadays. Great customer service and all with a smile. Thank you.
