Custom World

Excellent in every way. Fatmir and his team could not have worked harder or done more to help us through this project and deliver outstanding finished product. We had new fitted bedroom wardrobes from Custom World last year and we were so impressed we went back to get our bathroom furniture custom made through them and that was an excellent decision. Fatmir listens to your needs and wants and condensers them fully in his design of the units. Fatmir himself fitted them for us and his workmanship is second to none. I can not rate this company highly enough, try them and find out for yourself how good they are.

I was privileged to be present when a friend of mine was having a design visit from Custom World. The designer was friendly, positive, polite and professional throughout, listening to my friend on their needs, likes and dislikes and provided lots of complimentary ideas and suggestions on layouts and colour options.Very quickly draft plans were drawn up and used to explain ideas and look at other possibilities (“A picture paints a thousand words” springs to mind), this helped visualise the ideas.Having read some of the other reviews on Google Reviews I was sceptical, though cross referenced with Checkatrade and how wrong those comments are. I am so looking forward to seeing the transformation and finished fitting. Certainly be looking at using them for my own property in the near future.

Our experience with this company is just pitiful. A job which was supposed to take 2 days, due to numerous quality issues 6 months on is still not finished. Despite numerous return visits from fitters to correct issues we are still not there. We have had lack of contact, cancellations, people turning up without knowing what they're coming to do, repeated communication of the same problems, no shows, late shows, empty promises, unwillingness of management to get in touch, the lot. My advice - choose anyone but Custom World. On the face of it they appear good value but I would have rather paid a little more and gone to a quality firm. Unsurprisingly they have not given me a card to feed back to CheckATrade! Perhaps they only give these cards to happy customers???

Very pleased with the finished wardrobe project. The fitter ,Chris, worked really hard and was very careful and neat in his work. The office team were very helpful throughout. We would recommend this company.

We needed some furniture for our baby's nursery, so after getting some recommendations we went with Custom World. Really pleased, her room looks great! They delivered quickly and the fitters were in and out in no time. Would highly recommend!

Had to write a review about these guys.Jut had a sliding wardrobe and bedside cabinets fitted, everything was faultless from design to installation. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Totally overwhelmed by the craftsmanship and amazing work by Custom World. They arrived on time and on the days they said they would. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The office staff were also very friendly and attentive with regular courtesy calls. The guys that came to fit the book shelves and the upstairs wardrobe knew what they were doing and left our house in a very clean state; a considerate team. I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

I am overjoyed at the work Custom World did for me. They fitted out 3 double bedrooms and a study. Their advice on design and aesthetics was excellent. They made suggestions that I would never have thought of. They were not at all pushy. Throughout the process I felt wonderfully supported and that they just wanted to do a good job and would not rest until they did. I had a few odd requests and late changes, but they coped with these admirably. I found a fault after they departed, and they returned very quickly and replaced a whole panel without question. They also provided extra handles so that I could convert some existing drawers to match. The price was also to my liking!I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends or family. Thank you.

thank you for the great work from the designer, production team and the fabulous installers of Ashley and Ellie who did a brilliant job of hiding tanks and pipework in the garage with these 3 mirrored wardrobe doors to transform the space into a useful gymDwarf wall in bedroom increased in height to conceal large bed - superbly matched to original job done years ago - couldnt be more pleased thank you very much
