Served by the boy behind the counter on two occasions. Both dreadful customer service. Offers absolutely no advice or guidance. Questioned why I would want to replace a factory tip on a cue I purchased on my first visit, tip then breaks first use. Second visit I'm greeted by the exact same service. No help in finding a replacement cue and given the same unwilling service by the same employee. Will not be returning unless I face same quality issues with their product.

Taveled from South Wales to buy a cue on arrival ask it use a toilet and would be customer l was told Tried to explain I was disabled go Morrison 800 meter away when arriving back to shop ignored staff playing dart

Awesome place, they have a practice table and lots of cues to try. They also sell plenty of other stuff but I just wanted a new cue. Visitor parking round the corner
