Having always shopped in Ryan's for all my carpet, furniture and to keep it locally I went back to buy some vinyl . We were dealing with the manager Charlie. We decided that the floor needed screened as we had tiles down. He told us they could do it all for us. So paid £140. So the day it was to be done the fitter just put it down with out screening the floor. So this is where my nightmare started. He didn't even put it under the new kickboard. To cut a long story short Ryan's didn't want to know about it kept saying it was the fitter fault. So we got the floor screened ourselves the fella said there was no way the vinyl we had purchase would fit . So we contacted Charlie again and he was saying wasn't their fault. So my advice stay clear. Customer service I give zero attitude of manager zero. Never will I purchase anything from this company after all the stress they have caused me. Just be aware folks. Today I got a refund after a show down with the so called manager, so rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't even give them one star.

Absolutely shocking service. Agreed to buy flooring on the Wednesday. I rang on the Friday to say we would pick the floor up at lunchtime. Was told that was perfect and they would have the floor at the front door waiting on us. We arrived at 12 noon and were told the flooring wasn't there anymore. They sold it to someone else. Sean Ryan just kept saying, nothing I can do, floor isn't there, if you want to wait you can but it will be a week before it's in. That was no good as my joiner was coming to lay the floor on the Saturday. Definitely would not be buying off them!!! So unprofessional!
