I’ve been going to Deesh for PT sessions since June & been having back massage/cupping for a few weeks now - he is the best! My body’s never looked better, my confidence has grown & I just feel a lot better thanks to him! He’s professional & knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend!

I had been suffering with a pain under my should blade for a couple of months. I had my first massage with Deesh and I am no longer in pain. He is very professional and made me feel at ease striaght away. I will be booking again.

GL Sports Massage have been an absolute life saver I have suffered with extreamly bad back pains due to work and lots of driving, Deesh has been amazing at repairing my back, there have been times I have been unable to move because of my pains but after we finish our sessions I immediately notice so much freedom in my movement and release of pain. After visiting it is the most rewarding feeling. His knowledge is fantastic and has given advise how to maintain and stretch my back out correctly. Highly recommend GL Sports Massage, very welcoming & Great value for money.

I got a very quick appointment with Deesh who went through my medical history. I explained my area of pain and how long i had been suffering and Deesh worked on the areas for an hour. He explained what he was doing and why. He was very professional in his approach and could easily recognise the areas needed to be worked on. After a very thorough massage I left feeling rejuvenated. Would definitely recommend Deesh for any treatment that they may require.Lorraine

Excellent service provided. Deesh is professional and very knowledgeable. I went to see Deesh after having constant pain in my upper back, after a few sessions I noticed a significant difference and was able to train without any discomfort. I would highly recommend seeing Deesh for any muscular pain or injuries.

I start training with Gurdeesh in 2021 and noticed a huge difference in my strength and fitness straight away. Gurdeesh is very knowledgeable and uses that to push you. I always enjoyed my workouts with Gurdeesh and unfortunately had to stop in August 2022 due to long covid. I could never go back to a traditional gym again as nothing beats 1:1

Came to Gurdeesh with shoulder and back pain a while ago. Have been having ongoing issues with my shoulder and it has caused me pain and mobility issues for a while now. Through a very thorough assessment Gurdeesh has been able to work on the muscles surrounding my shoulder and upper back which has made an enormous difference to how it feels and mobility. I would definitely recommend him to anyone if they want a decent sports massage (and have done). He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable and I will continue to use him as part of my recovery routine.
