Not as good as other Chaiiwala I have tried across UK. Their karak chai has more water and less milk and not brewed enough unlike true karak chai. The amount of sugar is unbearable but you can ask for no sugar.Tried their desi breakfast it was everything but desi. Frozen paratha? Really? Daal was somewhat tasteless. Omelette was OK.

The best chai ever! Karak chai is a must try! The place looks lovely, lovely ambience. Nice for a quick bite! Limited menu but still nice! Small serving portions! Parking available on the opposite side of the road. Also love the takeaway packaging!

Chicken tikka naan roll is good and has a nice sauce inside the roll. English breakfast is decent, but overall I would recommend the sweet foods such as the cheesecake and the chai is also great of course

Came to this store with my friend around 8pm and it was clean upon entry and had plenty of seating. Staff at the till was knowledgeable and great customer service skills, offered options and a menu to read from. I placed an order of Rose Coffee and Karak Chai. Both got drink was very nice and I had a good time catching with my friend. This branch has a clean toilet facilities which is used by both gender and is suitable for a wheelchair user.

Really tasty Desi Chaii and a nice set of toasties too. The store smelled a bit when I entered otherwise, the food, service and Chai is top class. Would definitely visit again whenever closeby.

Delicious food as per usual. A nice friendly family place - when compared to the rest of the decaying high street. Lots of small groups and also seating available. Food on par with the rest of the branches. Good customer service

Fantastic service.The team member on till was very helpful. Helped me choose the right food and the food itself was just delicious. best tea in town. Very cheerful girl in hijab just made the entire visit absolutely amazing.Defo coming back here
