I am a custom watchmaker. I worked with Shwen Design on a custom dial for one of my clients. The initial response was fast, the design process was painless, and the production time was much better than I expected (being in the watchmaking industry, I am used to red tape and long lead times due to a myriad of reasons). The product was packed very safely, and I received the dial without any issue. The quality of the work was beyond expectation. Excellent precision and overall style. I have since placed an order for more dials, as my first customer was extremely happy with the outcome of his watch (as was I)! 10/10 highly recommend!
