We purchased both mine and my husbands wedding ring from Bond Jewellers and the results were better then we could have hoped for and more! It was one of the first shops we went to and we were so confident in their knowledge and craftsmanship, we didn’t feel the need to look elsewhere. We designed a bespoke engagement ring with the help of Jamie, who really supported our creativity and vision whilst also adding his own flair & expertise! They are very friendly they have great prices and all their products have certificate and the best thing is that they can even make custom made jewellery for you! I bought my girlfriend (now fiancé) an engagement ring from Bond and it was such a great experience from beginning to end. The entire process was conducted over instagram and it really was a trust exercise. I’m glad to say it paid off and they absolutely nailed the ring design. It’s everything I could have ever wished for and my girlfriend is over the moon. I asked and I received. We visited the Jewellery Quarter in 2022 to look for an engagement ring and nothing stood out until we came across Bond where I saw 'The One' in the windowThe service we received from Jamie and Ruena was second to none and my dream ring was re-sized within a couple of hours. I adore it and still can't believe I am the owner of such a beautiful ring.So fast forward to 2023 and it was a no brainer....we went back to Bond for our wedding bands and received such a warm welcome, they remembered us which was so lovely!!Jamie created the most beautiful wedding band for me which matches my engagement ring perfectly and a gorgeous band for my husband to be. He also engraved them for us and the the engraving is outstanding.Jamie has also made me a bespoke pendant and earrings which match my engagement ring and the most stunning diamond bracelet which I'm absolutely over the moon with.So the the moral of the story is....go to Bond! My husband and I have purchased an engagement ring and two wedding bands from Bond Jewellery and couldn't be happier. The service, advice and expertise throughout has been second to none and we highly recommend. We travelled from Surrey on a number of occasions to meet with Ruena who was has been fantastic throughout. She held our hand every step of the way from advising on design and style (including what was and wasn't possible,), all the way through to additional considerations/enhancements when one ring was in production which changed the end design. Ruena kept us updated on our bespoke rings throughout their journey, even sending pictures and explaining the process. We couldn't recommend the team at Bond more highly.

Where do I start? Bespoke service from start to finish. I was buying an engagement ring so as most fellas will know quite a large purchase but also one we want to get absolutely perfect. Jamie was patient with me, helped me with ideas and custom designs using amazing computer technology to provide me with visuals of how the ring would look. Without this I would have really struggled to get the perfect ring. Jamie's knowledge is top draw, he helped me select the right diamond shapes and classifications and worked relentlessly to find me the stones I needed to create this one off, once in a lifetime piece. Its important to get rings like this insured properly and Jamie helped me with the whole process with a bespoke insurer that understands how to insure diamonds of this quality. If I could give him 100/10 I would. Have recommended him to all my friends and family and he has looked after all of them impeccably.
