I've been bringing my pets to this clinic for many years, and I've consistently received excellent service. The staff are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring. My first encounter with them was when my dog became very unwell at night and my own vets was not possible to access out of hours. They were so kind and knowledgeable and performed emergency surgery on my dog saving her life. They were so kind updating me through the night and so kind to me and my dog right through her follow up. Helpful and accommodating staff. I have since changed vets to use them for all my vets needs as was so impressed with their service and gave continued to be impressed.

A huge thank you to Rosie, Sally and the out of hours team at Galashiels last night - they were superb and gave Mafalda, our 4 1/2 month old Pomeranian the best of care. They kept us fully updated and we are delighted to say she is back to normal. We were only visiting the area so were very appreciative of the immediate response and amazing care.Mafalda says a big thank you too for all the love and cuddles ❤️
