Excellent service really helpful pharmacy. I had an emergency prescription for my son while visiting relatives. The staff were excellent and managed to dispense within 10mins.

I recently approached the pharmacist to discuss some symptoms I had been struggling with. After many google searches and getting myself into a panic, I felt reassured and he kindly recommended me a solution that has worked wonders. Friendly, caring and nothing too much trouble - thank you once again.

What a refreshing experience. Our old pharmacy was chronically understaffed and appeared completely disorganised. This pharmacy was superb. Friendly pharmacy assistant was super professional and prescription ready as promised. Let's hope this continues as more customers find this gem. Well done team!

Can't fault the pharmacist for getting our prescription ready in time for our holiday much appreciated, thank you. I've had to knock a star down due to the young person serving. She looked at me & said 'Yeah!' I thought how rude! She was unpleasant, unfriendly & full of attitude!

It is such a breath of fresh air to return to the Sidley Pharmacy in Sidley. After having to leave the previous pharmacy due to lack of confidence in any shape or form. The new Pharmacist and staff are so helpful when I took down two prescriptions recently they were actually ready in five mins. I really hope that people who have left the previous pharmacy return as their service is first class

I used this chemist for the first time. They did not have my prescription in stock so they said they would order it in and asked if I had a email then they would email me when it was ready. I thought this was a helpful idea. The staff were friendly and the chemist was well stocked and clean. After not hearing from them I rang to find out the prescription was ready five days before and they had emailed me but they said they are having a problems it seems some people get the email and others do not. Edit the chemist kindly replied and they are no longer having problems with the emails so therefore I have added the last star and do appreciate the quick response from them which enables me to revise the review.

Don't use unless you have no choice. Was recently prescribed chloramphenicol for an eye condition by my doctor and was given optrex. A week later returned as my condition was no better... my doctor said I was given the wrong medication. After visiting for a second time was told the doctor was wrong and optrex was the same as you get on prescription. Clearly not. It wasn't so much the fact that I had to suffer for an extra 2 weeks before finally getting the right dose from Boots (a proper chemist), it was the arrogance of the pharmacist himself that I found unacceptable. He spoke down to me like I was an idiot and compared the dose he gave me to ibuprofen...prescribed and over the counter are the same. Obviously this isn't the case but he insisted he was right and the GP was wrong. Will never use them again.

I ran out of my medication this morning, Saturday, purely through my own bad organisation. The surgery was closed and so I went to Sidley Pharmacy to see if they could help. They were absolutely outstanding. They contacted NHS111 Emergency Prescriptions for me on their own mobile phone and then made up the prescription. They could not have been more helpful and were very understanding about my lack of mobile technology!Thank you Sidley Pharmacy.
