Easy to order online and collect in store but when I got to the store they claimed I had under paid? Not sure how that's possible when ordered online and paid online. Was awkward as I hadn't taken my purse with me. Luckily I had some change in the car. Very odd.

The guy who looked and fixed my car brake light was so polite & helpful…Small job but he didn’t seem bothered by that at all … I will definitely go back again and would recommend them

Called in today to get a bike repaired & serviced. Nothing was too much trouble, very professional & helpful. The bike was fully checked over, gearchange realigned correctly. Had a phone call within an hour to say all was done & come & collect anytime. Special mention to Dylan who dealt with the job - absolute star!

Good shop with good staff, but woefully understaffed. Also half the shelves are bare, with many items not available, luckily for me, there was one can of chain lube for my Motorbike. Only the one, the shelf was then empty. Perhaps if this shop had more staff, someone else would have time to order.

Absolutely over the moon. I pre-booked in advance to have a tail light bulb replaced and was looked after by a very knowledgeable and helpful young man called Matt. He replaced the bulb really quickly and I was able to get back on my way. The lady on the pay desk was also delightful. I am so happy that I had minimal fuss, with professional, happy people first thing on a frosty Monday morning. I had the feeling that nothing was too much trouble. An absolute credit to Halfords so thank you Halfords Widnes, you're quite simply .... the best!!
