Cardiff Stone

Went to Cardiff Stone and no acknowledgement by staff at all on entering shop and kept waiting. When I explained that I was looking for white countertops, was shown grey etc. Will not be spending my money here, or recommending it. Very disappointing

There price was very very competitive and their level of service was to point.Basil at Cardiff Stone gave a very competitive price and even beat the other competitor by over £1,000!!I was also given the option to come and take a look at the stone when it arrived to make sure that I was happy with this before they came to template.My kitchen looks amazing! and the level of service I received was amazing!I am really happy with all aspects with Cardiff Stone, Customer Service, Price, and even after care of product once installed.Thank you Cardiff Stone

Kate and the team did a wonderful job sorting out my kitchen countertop. It was a small but difficult job -- i wanted all the bells and whistles when it came to sink and tap designs but I only had a small space to fit all in -- and they were professional, patient and most importantly honest with all the adjustments. I thought they were brilliant to work with and looking forward to the next project.Definitely worth popping into the shop to get inspired!!

Great experience and communication. Great choices of worktops to choose from. Excellent service. Kate was very accommodating with our late visits from Swindon. Also all our queries were patiently sorted out. Thanks to Kate and Bassel again for getting the worktop installation and adjustments sorted out promptly. Definitely recommend them.

Having my kitchen and utility rooms remodelled and needed to select new worktops.After being recommended to Cardiff Stone, I made an appointment to visit their showroom and discuss options.The showroom itself was beautifully laid out and immaculate. It really gave me lots of ideas for decoration as soon as I entered.Great display of granite, marble, quartz, beautiful porcelain tiles, even kitchen sinks.The owner Bassel,took our appointment himself and after listening to our likes/dislikes, helped us choose the ideal materials and design.Excellent and prompt service given in the store and then onsite, with measuring, delivery and fitting. We are absolutely delighted with the quartz work top,s, they look stunning, it's transformed the kitchen.
