Jason Pestel Flying Fit
I was really impressed by the professionalism and expertise shown. I'm training for a marathon and I felt a huge difference in my training run the day after my massage - my leg muscles were far more relaxed, the tension in my shoulders was gone and my knee no longer ached. JP Sports Therapy is highly recommended!

I have fibromyalgia and have been I'm complete agony. A friend gave me some research written by doctors on myofascial release massage and I did I bit more research. I found Jason and booked. On the day, I had been crying as I was in so much pain and feeling so helpless at my suffering. I got off that bed feeling like a new woman. The next morning I still feel great. Jason is so kind and understanding. He took the time to learn about my condition and spoke to me in detail and the actual massage, he was ever so careful even while doing what he had to. I will be booking him again. And I will recommend him to all my fibro friends too!

I first went to see Jason for a massage on my nightmare back! I have struggled with it for years. The massage really got it going again but more importantly Jason instigated a gym plan for me that has really improved the issues and as a bonus it has helped my cycling. To top it all Jason is simply a really nice guy. I can't say enough good things other than a heart felt thanks.

Booked a consultation with Jason after a long standing back problem. He was very thorough in his assessment and diagnosed the problem. Jason is very knowledgeable and quickly developed a treatment plan and provided exercises and stretches to do in my own time. Would definitely recommend.

I have neck pain very often but a few weeks ago it was particularly bad to the point I was struggling to sleep and almost in tears. I went to see Jason and after he tinkered around with my shoulders and neck the pain was completely gone. I haven’t had any neck pain since and couldn’t be happier. Jason is very talented and made me feel very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Jason from JP Sports Therapy.

I reached out to Jason as I needed some direction with my training. I had been doing some weights in the gym but I didn’t have a plan and wasn’t progressing.He was brilliant. He designed a training plan for me which was easy to follow and guided me with nutrition advice which has helped me massively. He supported me all the way. Highly recommend his services!

I booked a treatment with Jason as I have had an issue with a sore shoulder. When I arrived Jason completed a quick but thorough assessment and explained clearly what he thought the issue was. He then performed some really good stretching techniques and finished off with a Sports Massage. I would highly recommend him."

I have been suffering with back and shoulder problems since having my children which worsened lifting weights at the gym. Booked in with Jason who was amazing! Needed a couple of session but even after the first one felt so much better! He has also given me exercises to do going forward to help prevent injury. He is extremely knowledgable, professional and flexible. Would highly recommend him!

I have never had a sports massage before but have suffered with pain in my lower back for a while. I nearly fell asleep through my massage it was so relaxing and the first time in a while I have managed to lie down with no pain, I struggled to walk in as I was in so much pain and I could have skipped out, it is amazing what jason has done to me. I have been shown stretches to do to keep my back a bit looser. Jason is a professional and lovely person. I will definitely be going back at least once a month.
