Ninja Play

Absolutely brilliant. Our son takes classes here 3 times a week. He loves it and we love how much it has helped him to become a happy confident little boy. All the staff are amazing and really professional. The place is clean and well looked after and you can see how much they do to comply with COVID restrictions. 10/10 on every thing you guys do. Thanks to Shirley and the team for all the hard work.

Great classes, but no Covid protocols - nobody (in looking at parents) wear masks. Thinking of cancelling classes because.

I wish I could give zero stars.I have booked a birthday party for my son after we have been to one in May and he really enjoyed it.Our experience could not have been different from the previous one.For a start, the communication has been absolutely awful from beginning to end.At no point could I reach anyone on the phone or get a call back. There were some messages but they were not particularly helpful.This would not have been such a big issue, had the website or the Facebook page been updated and the organisation was seamless, which was not the case at all.We have turned up on the 23rd of July at the Nairn Building. Waited for 15 minutes because there was nobody there even after the start time, tried to phone and message all the numbers from the website, no answer from anywhere. There was 5 families who attended, I have sent them all the same invite that I’ve downloaded from the website, with the same Nairn Street address. There was even a random family that turned up saying they’d booked a bounce on the giant inflatable and being very confused to find an empty building.At this point I went through all my communication and found an entirely different address on the confirmation email. By this point we were about 20 minutes late and I was expecting a phone call from them to check whether we’d attend, obviously there was no phone call.When we arrived at the new address, there was no signs to say where the event was and the staff could not have been more indifferent when I explained how angry and frustrated I was. They obviously didn’t have a phone or my contact details and if I didn’t turn up at all nobody would have cared. No apologies, no trying to make things better or offering a refund or anything. They have informed me that the owner was in France and they were not able to reach you.Again, if we had a great experience after this I could have just got past this. However, again that was not the case. They have provided about 20% of what was in the website if that. The giant ninja inflatable that my kids had a great time on at the party in May was not there and clearly it would not even fit in that space in the new building. The kids had a use of what essentially was a big bouncy castle. There was no decoration, no party room and no tea, coffee or slushies or a cafe area for the adults. It was an absolute shambles.

Great junior classes, excellent family orientated club.

Went here for a kids birthday party and you were never bored. Nerf wars and loads of different obstacles to try. Good for kids and adults to have a little work out

Excellent family gym. Run by two well experanced brother's who train the students too high levels, pushing the best out in their students. Good friendly gym with lots of banter between mebours

I wasn't at Ninja Play, but my daughter was for a birthday party and loved it.

Great and lovely place clean and stick too the covid guildlines, few different types of inflatable for the kids play on keep them entertained. Also has a gym and offers gym classes too. Plus has small sitting area offers refreshing drinks and snacks.
