Fantastic service and a very quick major over haul on my Hybrid bike. In fact I dropped my bike of for repairs and was called on the same day as the job was complete. The shop has most parts available and the guys can resolve issues quickly. I traveled 5 miles just to use this shop and it's my new goto now.Thank you guys for repairing my Voodoo marasa it's a dream to ride now.

I’ve been visiting MCE for the past 5 years or so. They are hard to beat in terms of value for money. I’ve had my bike serviced here for years and trust them enough just to tell them to do whatever they need to and bill me after the fact. I’ve also purchased a bike and some equipment from them. They’re great!

Had my bike serviced there a couple of times and just had my wife’s bike set up there. Good bunch of lads, cannot fault their work. Very happy with what they’ve done. Would gladly recommend them.

(5th September 2023) A massive thanks to the lads, especially Martin who stopped what he was doing to sort out my wife’s bike, on which the free wheel bearing had failed on the morning we were due to ride to Chester with our cycle group for 3 days of cycling. A new wheel was the quickest fix and by the time we’d had a coffee the job was done. Also the day before one of our group called in to have her gears checked as they weren’t shifting correctly, they sorted this free of charge. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Fantastic place! I’d just flown in from Japan to ride the Pennine Bridleway and my Specialized seat clamp bolt had been lost at the airport security. These guys sorted me out with a solution within ten minutes of opening up and I was on my way again… a very happy and relieved cyclist.

Took my new purchase to be professionally assembled and these guys did not disappoint.Martin and his team were super friendly,knowledgeable,and very efficient,they kept me fully informed throughout.Forget the big name brands in the area and stick to an honest,reliable,and very fair priced,local independant........MCE will definitely be my first point of contact for any future cycle issues or enquiries.
